At this point doubtful to see it's return with no 80ish mobs needing it. I expect to see a reappearance in WoTLK with level 80 mobs being the norm. With the big 2.4 push, maybe we'll see one more 25; but maybe not. If that's the case we'll see this come back sometime late this year or next.

I'm loving the 5.12s casting time on it, its damn near a pyro... Hopefully this thing roots your opponent for like 10 minutes or so in netherweavy goodness.

if u read it says 3 sec cast,might make a few of these on my holy priest could be a lifesaver in pvp

In BCC: just checked the quartermaster at the Cenarion Expedition, and this pattern is not on the vendor.
