Beeing a overachiever on my main,and working atm on Bloodsail rep on him,i came here with my dk wich is neutral with Steamwheedle Cartel to test if this quest would give any goblin or negative Bloodsail rep,i can confirm that this doesnt give any positive goblin rep and no negative Bloodsail rep.

For those without co-ords, stand facing the couldron that Baba stands in front of - you should be facing the mountains. Turn directly to you right and run in that direction and on your left you will see the entrance to the cavern.

You have to fight your way in past murlocs and goblins etc. Just after you get inside the entrance it slopes down a bit and there are two more entrances one to the left and one to the right. I took the right - I think they all lead to the same place but you might have to kill more to get to the boss.

If you take the right you will come to another left and right choice straight away. Take the left and you will see the boss in front of you atop a ledge. Kill the mobs bear to the left take the ramp up and around killing the mob at the top. There is a naga right behind the boss you can pull without pulling the boss. Boss is not elite and easy to take down.

protip for hunters: you can disengage across the gap and back, instead of going around/up and down.

An easy way to find the entrance to the cave is to take the road to the right of Baba and the first torch you come to on the road stop and turn to your left and keep walking. When you go in the cave a little bit you will come to a place where you can go left, right or a little bit straight in. Go straight in and follow it towards the left. Keep going and you will come to the end where Hr'nglth the Lost is.

When you get into the cave you will quickly come to a section where it splits off into 3 passages. Most people will want to take the passage on the middle or the right- it doesn't matter which because those passages come back together. If you go left, you will be able to see Hr'nglth but you will be separated from him by a gap that is too large to jump across unless you're playing certain classes as noted above. If you have enough ranged dps to kill him before he runs out of range and you don't care about looting him this is actually the fastest way to kill him.

Correction: Take the LEFT road in front of Baba.
The cave is on the mountains right behind the camp. If you go along the mountains it's not hard to find. When I first saw that the quest involved going into a cave I was worried that I'd have to go and spend an hour or soul combing the side of the mountain looking for it but this was actually really easy to find.

The cave entrance is right near the camp to the West.
Go to the Left and you will see the guy you need just over the ledge.

I can see how you all are having major problems. My girlfriend who is new to WoW almost got herself flagged and killed because the map marker was at Nethergarde Keep in the Blasted Lands yet the enterance to the cave is right next to the quest giver in Swamp of Sorrows.
Blizz really needs to put the map markers at the enterance to the caves where the quest objectives are in. NOT where the object is.
Dear Blizz, theres a thing called Z axis, please greatly consider that when doing new quests.

[I've been seeing sea creatures acting oddly through the whole swamp. The murlocs, yes, but before that the gilblins, and the makrura... I even saw some naga wander ashore the other day.

Something's calling them here, and working them into a frenzy to boot. Many of the creatures have been drawn to Stagalbog Cavern to the west. Something's down there, and if it gets any stronger we'll all start wandering in there too...

You should put a stop to whatever it is before that happens.]
