The gnomes Bink and Dink are featured in the book The Shattering by Christie Golden. Anduin Wrynn meets them on pages 110 and again on 171. The book describes them as "They look like brother and sister. Both had white hair and blue eyes", but did not give actual confirmation. They are both magi (mage trainers).
