Some items of interest that Buckslappy sells other than the normal engineering supplier goods are:
Schematic: EZ-Thro Dynamite II
Schematic: Red Firework
Schematic: Blue Firework

I bought the Dynamite and Red Firework schematics, and came back 27 minutes later (I had the in-game stopwatch running) and the Dynamite schematic had respawned. 10 minutes later the Red Firework schematic respawned. When I first got there the Blue wasn't available.

And he still sells 弯曲的铜管 in limited supplies.
When i was today at him there were only 1 of 2 Bent Copper Tubes still available.
So somebody was certainly clever enough to buy a gray item - only since it had limited supply?

I bought the Blue Firework (as horde) and 5 min later the firework respawned. I don't think that the respawning time is triggered by the time of selling the item.
(red firework was not available while i was there)
