Absolutely brilliant what they did with this NPC and the quest line involving him. While it's a sad tale that I will not spoil for you, this clearly references the Culling of Stratholme when he says (voiced, too): "You are about to cross a terrible threshold, <name>*." This is clearly a reference to Uther's line to Arthas as Arthas is about to begin the Culling. Simply brilliant.

*I took out the name of the NPC he was talking to because I don't want to post any spoilers on here yet. Don't want to ruin people's experiences, now do I? :)

Opening dialog is awsome, Grebo seems determined to shoot first.

High Chieftain Cliffwalker says: Your claims are outrageous, General.
High Chieftain Cliffwalker says: The only thing you will find at Thal'darah Grove are terrified young druids. They have no weapon of mass destruction.
General Grebo says: Careful, tauren, your words could be construed as treason.
General Grebo says: My scouts have informed me that the grove holds a powerful weapon. A weapon that the Alliance will use against us if they are not stopped.
General Grebo says: Furthermore, I am here by the authority of Overlord Krom'gar, who was himself appointed by our Warchief, Garrosh Hellscream. You will do his bidding or suffer the consequences.
High Chieftain Cliffwalker says: I have sent my boy to Thal'darah Grove to fetch you proof. You will soon see that they pose no threat to us.

Does anyone know the voice actor for High Chieftain Cliffwalker? It sounds very familiar...it reminds me of Dr. Marcoh from the first FMA series.

Has anyone noticed he gives another quest called "To Be Horde..." and it's not in Wowhead, Anyone else find this strange? And he asks you to stand beside him and "watch the Mighty Weapons destroy our enemies.." etc . So "To Be Horde",... This is weird, 1st time in 4 years Wowhead didn't have a quest in game...that I noticed. Anyway Peace,

He seems to be wearing a purple/gold recolor of the Wildheart Raiment/Feralheart Raiment/Wildheart Raiment (Recolor) set. Unfortunately the version he is wearing does not seem to be currently available in game.
