As of patch 4.3, this NPC now also sells the "replica" level 60 Alliance cloth and leather PvP gear for transmogrification, but only to those with the appropriate old-world title and Feat of Strength, such as Knight-Captain.

~~The new versions of the titles do not unlock the gear.~~Obtaining the Rated Battleground version of the title Knight-Captain now also unlocks this NPC.

Note that these are currently exact replicas of the level 60 gear minus set bonuses, but Blizzard has said that in the future they may change them to be "Replica of..." similar to the Darkmoon Faire rewards.

Note also that the original level 60 gear cannot be transmorgified.

If you get a "Item is locked" error it is because you do not have the Feat of Strength for Legionnaire/Knight-Captain or higher under the old PvP system.

These vendors sell transmogrifiable exact replicas of the otherwise untransmogrifiable lev 60 pvp gear from the honor vendors.

What is even the point then? It just seems unusual, not to mention unfair to deny the more recent players these items just because they weren't around for the old PvP system. Blizz really needs to think this stuff through... That's just me though.

Seriously? You have every other damn thing handed to you in this game and you want this, too? How about letting us keep some of the sh*t we actually had to earn.... That's just me, though.

I just have a question: I've seen people down in 60 - 64 BG's wearing these, and I mean I've seen A LOT of those types. I just wonder if there was so many people that stayed low-level for some reason or is this obtainable without having the titles OR third possibility; is the titles still acquirable somehow?
