He's just visiting from Khurast. He was tired of waiting for D3 to drop, so he decided to visit Azeroth. Plus there are none of those little flayer guys running around here.

Which is remarkably inconvenient.

At friendly with the Ashen Verdict this NPC will have a quest, and will give you a choice of 4 rings.

A nice touch is that when you talk to him, he doesn't turn around to face you unlike the majority of other friendly NPCs.

Would the Death and Decay Bonus stack with the Glyph of Death and Decay? This seems either unlikely or very powerful.
Edit: I ask this question in regards to the Tier 10 Armor Set Bonus of Death Knights, that he exchanges for Frost Emblems.

it's worth noting that this guy is the only vendor that is present on both versions of ICC.

as, the rest of the tier vendors, are faction dependant.

if you are horde, then on the light's hammer, all the tier vendors are of horde races, and, if alliance all vendors are of alliance races.

but this guy is the same regardless of what faction are you.....

I dont know why Aibo1 was downrated. I think this is a reference to Ædipus. He comitted an unforgiveable sin, but you can't really say it was his fault. (he unknowingly killed his father and married his mother after). Ormus The penitent also did unforgiveable sins under the grasp of The Lich King - which also is not his fault! So they both comitted unforgiveable sins, but in both cases it was not their fault. Just wanted to point that out.
