there is a fishing trainer in booty Bay. He sells the book for learning the fisching skill to 225. it costs 1g.

Look for Old man Hemming there you can buy a Book that will teach you how to fish. He is located on the verry bottom docks just by close to the ramp comming out of the water. come up the ramp and take a right he is in that building. It cost 1G.

I been to lumac and nate both dont tell me anything, im lvl 225 in fishing and im still lost as to finding anyone as to where to go?

Even though he ran out of lessons, I just discovered that after I had completed his (你真棒！) and Nat Pagle's quests (钓鱼专家纳特·帕格), he was now able to teach me Grandmaster Fishing.
