This is one of the NPC's that you can redeem your Tier 4 armor from. You bring him a broken set piece and it is redeemed. For instance, bring him the Chestguard of the Fallen Champion( https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=29754 ) and he will give you the Shaman, Paladin, or Rogue chestpiece for Tier 4.

The Tier 4 gear that this guy gives you (if you're Scryer-allied, Arodis Sunblade sells the exact same stuff) requires that you give him tokens in trade. Where you get the tokens:

Helm of the Fallen ___ (Head): Prince Malchezaar, Karazhan
Pauldrons of the Fallen ___ (Shoulders): High King Maulgar, Gruul's Lair
Chestguard of the Fallen ___ (Chest): Magtheridon, Magtheridon's Lair
Gloves of the Fallen ___ (Hands): The Curator, Karazhan
Leggings of the Fallen ___ (Legs): Gruul the Dragonkiller, Gruul's Lair

Here is a list of who needs which kind of token:

___ of the Fallen Champion: Paladins, Rogues, Shamans
___ of the Fallen Defender: Druids, Priests, Warriors
___ of the Fallen Hero: Hunters, Mages, Warlocks

Once/if you get the token to drop and actually win them, you then take them to the vendor in Shattrath City depending on whether your Aldor or Scryers and they will grant you a corresponding item of your choice.

Hey guys what is this item or Mark called that you need to get DEMONSTALKER Armor?Blizzard will not tell me says they do not and I QUOTE GIVE OUT HINTS! I am not askin for help in Aquiring the Item or Marks for said Armor but want to know what the Mark is Called.NO THANKS TO YOU BLIZZARD!Any help yo can give me guys would be a Big help Guys.I thank you all in advance.

It may be obvious, but I'll post it anyway. You see something in the glittering list of goodly items above that you want, and you wonder where you get it -- look at the "price" for the item, and note that it's a tiny icon of "something". Mousing-over that something will give you an item tooltip just like a regular item, e.g. "Helm of the Fallen Defender". Clicking that will show you who drops it. G'luck!

He doesnt so much 'sell' items has have items which you turn in dungeon drops from. The tier 4/5 armour is from bosses such as those in karazhan and other level 70 content. The Tokens drop from bosses.

The 'marks' such as gloves of the fallen hero for demonstalker gloves are a drop from the curator in Karazhan instance. I can only assume you turn these in for the epic... just like ZG or AQ-20.
