They used to sell quite well, sadly now they only sell to someone wanting to make the everlook trinket. Buyout 99s imo.

Alchemists should sell it on AH depending on if another Goblin Engineer wants to make Firework Launcher, Cluster Launcher or Dimensional Ripper - Everlook
Depends on server, but Goblin Rocket Fuel rarely is on AH or very expensive.
01) Goblin Engineers too lazy
02) Achemists too lazy
Me got a Gnomish & a Goblin Engineer. Selling Goblin Rocket Fuelx1 cheap to let ppl undercut me, so I can get it cheap = )
It's the same story with Inlaid Mithril Cylinder for Blacksmiths

I make a bank off of this. They sell at 22g/5 units on my server. I usually undercut by a good amount as the reagents are cheap/easy to find.

Too bad you can't make it yourself as an Engineer, you have to find an Alchemist. The recipie sells for a good price at the AH I must say.

yeah I noticed this at the AH in Stormwind on Trollbane so I made some recipies and put them there and someone finally bought one and I meeet up and gave the player some mats to make 11 of them...i dont know if someone bought the other one since its server Tuesday....oh is the AH the same in iron forge or is it a different one? I think I might go around and sell a bunch.

I make about 20 a week and sell then for 1 bid and 2 buyout everyone sells every week. However I never see them in the AH unless their mine it's kinda sad really. I miss the old days. Just like the mojo pot that I had to make for a quest item.

Goblin Rocket Fuel is one of the good ways to make money with alchemy. You can sell them for 1 to 2 gold apiece depending on server. The drop rate on volatile rum is pretty low, but you're bound to find some while you're questing against the bloodsail buccaneers in stranglethorn vale or the pirates in Tanaris.

Definitely buy the recipe if you see it.

This stuff does not sell for 1g/barrel, it doesn't sell for 75s/barrel, I can barely push the stuff at 50s/barrel. I have been trying for a solid month to get these prices and I'm losing money on deposit alone. To date I have about 50-60 barrels in my bank collecting pixel dust.

The only reliable price I can get is what was mentioned above: 35s/barrel. There are better ways to make money, like selling frost oil. But this is not it.

Believe it or not, I saw the recipe for this stuff on the AH for a 1g buyout! I bought the stuff because I had never seen the recipe before and like all alchs, want to get the full set. Honestly, I usually sell these for about 1g a piece. I made some decent money with these because few ppl have the recipe.

Ironically, I thought swiftness pots would be my big seller, but those only go for 50s a piece on my server. It really all depends on the server.

I put some of this up last night that i had made 13 uses in the barrel and it sold for 13 gold. I was amazed this morning to find it gone. Some servers i guess are more expensive than others.

when 1.10 patch comes, goblin rocket fuel prices will go high high VERY HIGH! and all that because u need it for tier 0.5 quests:)

Yeah, I'd stock up for patch 1.10. If you're like me, and not carefull with your fuel for the quest, you'll run out. You'll be able to make a killing with people wanting to buy the fuel.

made 200 pots of goblin rocket fuel and earned roughly 40g while farming mats for these. shall see how much people are willing to pay for these when 1.10 patch comes:)

On Aszume, i usually sell it for about 1g per barrel, with ease.

Best drop rate for me for the "rum" was in Tanaris.

as of the new patch, and the armor upgrade quests... these are going for 5g a piece at least on the AH... perfect time for an alchy to make some money

Prices for this is booming on my server because its almost never on AH. I saw 5 selling for 25 gold buyout! I sold 5 myself for 10 gold and it went almost instantly.

I have been watching the ah for the rescipe for over a week to get it. i hear it is a good money maker..and i have read the comments..good and bad...horde it or sell it but where is a good place to find the rescipe? is it a drop..if so where? if its a vendor where?....thx for any info on where.

i have been looking for months for this for me dragonling it's just typical i have all the expensive mats but require the stuff "for goblin enginners" it just sucks that i can't find them anyway. why the hell should enginner's have to cope with waiting on AH to pay a fortune for somthing they should be able to make

p.s: any horde on "defios bortherhood" with any of those mats (goblin rocket fuel, inlaid mithril cylinder) feel free to contact one of my char's i will pay but not much thought

He creates recipy using Enginering, then an alchemist (and only alchemist) can learn this recipy and make subj. And that's it!

1. the recpie is made by engineers from 1 ink and 1 paper. costs 25s to make
2. the recpie is then learned by alch who can make the actuaral fuel

if you mass produce the recpie then everyone would have it and can make the fuel and pressing the prices down, simply flooding the market to get cheap fuel

When I made my goblin engineer, I wanted cheaper fuel, so I made a ton of recipes and sold them for less than the cost materials. After a few weeks, the amount of fuel went up and the price went down. That's good for me since I want to make stuff that needs it.

The moral of the story? If you want lots of cheap fuel, then sell lots of recipes cheap so more people get into the market. Simple economics.

I tried to abandom quest and retake but i did not get more fuel...

If you run out of Rocket fuel then u just need to get the mats and ask an alchemist to make some...
