Total cost of Darkmoon Prize Tickets for the complete outfit:

The complete set will look, of course, exactly like the Darkmantle Armor set, which is no longer obtainable in the game. (For those wondering, It's not recolored.)

*Edit: You can save some tickets on the tunic by getting any of its lookalikes:

Shadowprowler's Chestguard: crafted item
Hauberk of Karabor: quest item
Chestguard of the Dark Stalker: quest item
Also, you can skip getting the bracers because they can't be seen anyway with the full set on.

Getting a lookalike chest and skipping the bracers would bring your total ticket cost down to 390.

Of all those listed in 'See also', only 伊瓦的皮带 is a perfect color match. It, along with the chests listed in Aisenfaire's post, and 雷象皮护肩 (shoulders with matching colors but a slightly different shape), will give you a decent boost towards a cheaper lookalike set.
