When killing mobs for this item, it's best to kill the ones around level 10-12 ish. The drop rate is around the same off all mobs, ~30%, which makes killing mobs that require less effort more attractive.

The funny thing about this quest is... Westfall Stew doesn't use okra. After you get the recipe, you never need okra again. What's up with that?

Well, she (the questgiver) must have some secret unknown purpouse for the plant okra... hmm, maybe i should keep it just to be sure blizz don't power up the plant for use in some crazy recipe, and lower the droprate ofcourse...

I'm now a 36 lvl priest with alchemy & herbalism. Altho I completed this quest a long time ago, I've been saving okra ever since, in the bank, thinking i'd need it someday for some potion. That was about 20 levels ago, and I'm selling it all off now... ha, someone's really going to have a lot of WestFall Stew to eat.

Once the 杂味炖肉 quest is completed, this can be considered a grey item.
You can flog it on the AH or simply vendor it.
