For Priests, the main reason why this is better then all normal mode raid drops, is the two red sockets.

Mages, Warlocks would prefer Bracers of Unconquered Power (however Priests can still choose this as a similarly powerful option if they are comfortable with picking up Mastery instead of Spirit)

It's interesting that crafting these takes 3 more dreamcloth (8 vs 5) than the Bracers of Unconquered Power.
