If you play assassination spec rogue -- this belt is underwhelming. Pass.

Very solid belt for any feral bare. This isn't as good as 失落族群束带 due worse having expertise and crit compared to 失落族群束带's crit and mastery and an additional socket. Stat's arent however nearly as bad as on 火缚束带 making this the second best belt for bears.
