For hunters, Bracers of Forked-Lightning is probably the better choice, with better secondary stats. It is also easy to obtain, whether saving VP for it or simply buying it in a few weeks from a raider preoccupied with making gold

They just dropped for me today. I'm a hunter and yes secondary stats could do better but for me it's a matter of saving Valor points for the T12 so i think they are pretty fine as long there doesn't drop anything better :)

It's worth noting that, even though the Forked Lightning bracers are better than these for Enh shaman and seemingly hunters, the heroic version of the Forked Lightning bracers currently do not exist in game, while the heroic version of these do. So, if you already know your planning on doing heroic modes and getting plenty of Crystallized Firestones in the near future, it would be an ok idea to pick these up and hold onto them till your ready to upgrade them in the future.

Theese bracers are great to collect in the beginning of 4.2 - or if you're fresh lvl 85 for enhancement shaman but 叉状闪电护腕 is far superior as mastery is our main stat and haste is our lowest stat once you have purchased all your main spec gear with VP I suggest you buy these rather than using the haste once! And reforge the crit into hit /expertise

According to www.wowbestinslot.com HC of these (缚皮镣铐) are the BiS for MM hunters and normal version is also better than 叉状闪电护腕. Additionally, VP bracers does not have a heroic upgrade.
