There's definitively a mistake here, and i fully expect it to be nerfed down to a single gem slot.
Trading 58 "green" stats 15agi for two RED gem slots, with an extra 20 agi on top of it is ... well, if not nerfed expect to keep this cloak ( or the hm vertion) well into the t13, maybe even the t14 ...

Besides being amazing for all the agility classes, it seems to be one of the few cloaks currently in-game that is full-length yet ends in a point. Love it!

This is completely unbalanced. 100 agi from gems and socket bonus is godly.

This item's name is censored on the WoW forums. The 4 letters after the "D" in "Drape" cause the censor system to freak out.

Looking at what is added with 4.3, this cloak (and its heroic version obviously) should remain BiS for enhancement shamans. And that's even before looking into what epic agility gems do for it! Now if it would only drop sometimes...
