This paired with 矩阵回稳器 may create an odd interaction in some cases. The Restabilizer's proc looks for the highest stat among Haste, Crit and Mastery currently. If Hungerer procs first, and Restabilizer procs during that duration, it may choose to boost Haste further, even though most people would prefer and expect Crit.

Combined - if the calculation of 1532 Haste = about 11% is accurate - they make up about 2/3 of a 英勇 for a few seconds. Proccing separately, you get a smaller Haste boost for 15 seconds and a Crit boost, which would provide much more DPS than the additional Haste would.

idd this will be one very useful trinket. we will be no longer so looking for haste so much. we open the fight with a very fast Focus usage. 15sec 11% haste will give us HUGE amount of focus recover=> we can stack more crit or mastery. Well done Blizz.........

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but this isn't a bad trinket for feral Cats either. Sure, mastery and crit are better stats to have (thus it might not be a good idea to have this and 矩阵回稳器 equipped at the same time, as someone mentioned previously) but the extra haste you get will lead to more energy regen and more procs for Omen, leading to free shreds/mangles (preferably shreds, but some fights require MDPS to be at the front of a boss).

To be honest though, the haste boost really puts 狂暴 to work - sure, energy really isn't a problem while berserk is active, but the (increased) speed at which we shred/mangle is definitely a plus. If I manage to get hold of this trinket I will be waiting that extra bit of time for this to be off CD and proc (proccing it doesn't seem to be an issue, at all) before using berserk.

Enh Shamans will never drop under 20% mana, so it has a revised tooltip for me. When you cast Shamanistic Rage, you gain xxxx haste rating for 15 seconds.

Still not a particularly impressive item for Enhancement, considering SR will likely need to be saved for big AoE burst damage from raid bosses, and Haste is pretty terrible for us.

The Agility's nice, at least.

This Trinket's internal cooldown is :45 seconds.
Tested at dummy over a 10 minuter period.
The buff is called "Devour"

Prestor's cooldown is :75 seconds.
