Currently the only Leather DPS cloak of iLvl 372 in the game, dropping off Maloriak heroic.

Edit: The 0.7 drop rate listed by Wowhead currently is incorrect, as it counts both heroic and normal kills, and this has only dropped 53 times in total out of over 7000, however Wowhead doesn't account for this.

Sadly, this is the only heroic cloak for all 4 tank classes. Currently there are no 372 strength cloaks (available) that have decent stats. (Mastery, Hit, or Expertise)

alakir (H and normal) both got a couple of extra drops: necks and clocks.
Sure it's quite harder to get compared to this one, but you can have a perfect tank 372 cloak.
