Plus for DKs I advice a good Agility 2hander. Dodge and armor won't come on their own.

This is the least progressive way of thinking I have witnessed in a long while. Telling people to "Stop thinking* about who this mace fits before the game is even out." is either an uninformed or idiotic statement. The way stats work is not going to change, the game not being out yet has no bearing on who this is item is best suited for. As it currently stands and as it will stand, this is the best DK tanking weapon that will be implemented into the game for a foreseeable time.

The reason this is important is DK's have a very narrow selection of 2h's that benefit tanking, and it is a rarity for a top tier DK tanking weapon to be of the highest item level available.

This is a good plate 2h dps weapon, but that is a given. It has strength a high item level and a slow speed, it's good, no one doubts that.

Your other statement shows pure ignorance (which does not surprise me at all given you reprimand people for theorycrafting). Agility does not give armor for any plate class. It doesn't even give dodge anymore. Strength however gives parry, which has been an important part of DK tanking since they saw entrance into the game in WotLK.

TL;DR You are not an informed man, stop treading on others.

Seeing as it's tied for first as the highest dps weapon in the game, and has an ilevel of 372, I'm guessing it drops from Sinestra, who is the supposedly the equivalent of Algalon in the Bastion of Twilight (the only way to fight her is to beat the raid in heroic mode).

And that statement does as well. because agilty does provide armor for warriors :)

I have killed magmaw 10 times now and seen it once .....luckily I was the only person in raid who could use it :) and also got this lil nugget before aquiring the archy sword so saved me alot of time thnx magmaw!

So today I did a random Zandalari, and there were 7! of these in the group: 3 fury warriors, and me, the DK tank. It was quite a shocker lol
