This is the best pre-raid neck you can get your hands on as an Unholy Death Knight (and likely all strength-loving classes) in Cataclysm.

Not only is it the best pre-raid, it's the best in normal tier 11 too. Great neck piece.

As a Fury Warrior, I would use this and reforge some haste to hit.
