The text on this item is a reference to an Alliance questline, "The Missing Diplomat". The Horde and the Defias conspired to abduct the King of Stormwind when he was travelling from SW to IF enroute to Menethil and Theramore. What ultimately happened to the King remains a mystery.

As Horde you will be unable to read the text on this item (although since it is a Horde quest item I am not sure how it can be read at all, given quest items cannot be AH'd or traded).

Be careful getting this, between the Theramore guards and the 45 elite coral shark, because as a Horde, you won't rez at the Theramore graveyard. They put you all the way back in the Quagmire. It's not easy being green(Blizz loves Alliance)

I found one of these sharks as i SWIMMED from the swamp of sorrows to booty bay. at about 45.50

This is underwater at Theramore Isle at appx 62, 51.

Watch for the level 46-47 Coral Sharks.
