likely to be the first set of epic boots a warrior or other plate dps comes across. fairly nice stats (some may choose to reforge the haste for more hit or expertise) but a tonne of crit and a yellow socket wont be frowned upon.

also, these sell for around 15-25k at the auction house (as of patch 4.0.3). wowhead doesnt seem to have an average sell value yet.

Will prolly be the (norm) BiS for fury in 4.1.
Based on Landsouls recent research, Haste will get better than mastery.

Faldren Tillsdale, the alliance valor points vendor, does not sell these boots or atleast not as of 4.4.1.57294. Im looking now and have gone though all 5 pages thoroughly. Unless they are one of those limited supply items or all 4 of my eyes don't work, they are not here.
