OMG Constructive post. This looks to be viable as an option for Fury Warriors come 4.0.6, with the Mastery improvement and being able to reforge the Haste over to Exp or Crit as needed.

Stats wise, I think it really is not a good trade off for an arms warrior. For other strength related classes, this is a decent ring.

If you are considering spending your excess Justice Points on this ring, consider 彗星之戒 instead. It may take a couple days of dailies in the Molten Front, but it allows you to use the Justice Points elsewhere.
