This Trinket will likely be BiS for most agility using classes ( Hunters/Rogues/Enhance Shamans, Feral Cats) until heroic raid loot (ilvl 372). Assuming a boss doesn't have an excessive number of phase transitions the up time on this trinket approaches 99%. Which means you gain 60~ agility over similar ilvl trinkets and a large amount of which Hit is generally the best secondary stat until its capped. The trinket gives approximately 2.6% Hit which is over 1/3 of what you need to cap special attacks, and if you don't need all the hit you can reforge off ~120 of that hit rating into the rating of your choice. The option to reforge keeps the trinket viable even after you're picking up hit on your armor pieces.

Since agility is universally the best stat for the classes that use it the Higher amount of agility in a near passive form puts this trinket well ahead of its peers. With the added benefit of not having to watch for procs or the like to stack with cooldowns.

In short baring other trinkets from having significantly higher proc uptimes than what is currently being reported this vendor purchased trinket will be a mainstay for all Physical DPS classes.

Of course deciding when to purchase this trinket is dependent on how good your class's 2/4 pc bonus is, and what other armor slots you'll need to fill via Valor points. at 1650 points this trinket is the same price as t11 ilvl 359 gloves but 25% cheaper than the legs/chest. Its worth noting however that you can get your t11 pieces via boss dropped tokens and save your limited Valor points for bis items that you can't get through other means ( like this trinket).

talking about rogues, this seems to be one of the BiS trinkets in game (the other one being Prestor's).

hit is not one of the best stats, especially for combat, but saves us from gemming purple and go straight agi (which is too much better than any other green stat).

As a Hunter i feel that this Hit/380 Agi while shooting Trink is kinda like Fail, if your not Hit capped this is good trink but if your hit capped than this is crap for Hunters, with effect not procing from Cobra shot.
Found more usefull having +328 agility passive and some Crit rating on proc or Mastery. Otherwise its crap for hunters.

As a Bear, this will be my first item to buy with Valor's.

Considering there is no good Darkmoon trinket for us, this will be the best trinket to obtain before heavy raiding.

The agility version of Darkmoon Card: Hurricane is a straight-up equip trinket with 321 agility, and therefore might appeal to some druids more than Darkmoon Card: Earthquake (passive dodge, on-use HP boost). In most raiding environments these days, 11,000 or so HP really isn't that much anymore.

Right now my Combat Rogue is equipping 无尽密室之匙 and 拉夏的左眼. When I get the Valor Points to purchase 穿流之亡, any suggestions on which of the other two trinkets should I keep equipped to accompany it?

Quick tip for hunters (and possibly rogues?).

You can get one stack per multishot hit, which is a good way to ramp up your stacks quickly. Hit 4 targets, get 4 stacks. Whether or not this is worth the focus is unknown to me.

Killing Spree and Fan of Knives will closely stack the full proc in a very short time as long as both hit 100% successfully. The internal cooldown is very short

Tia's Grace and Fluid Death are the two BiS trinkets for agility classes pre-heroic raid gear (372).

That being said if you come across a normal raid trinket like Essence of the Cyclone and are missing one or the two of the above, by all means take it, it's still a solid choice and use the time that would've taken farming the other 2 to replace other item that you might need to more urgently.

I just tested it on the training dummies and it now procs with cobra shot and steady shot, in other words, all hunters are safe to buy this. (Patch 4.2.2)

I guess Blizzard saw my post and made sort of a heroic version of this 无拘之怒火 even though you're losing hit the 880 stacking agility buff makes up for it.
