These are currently BiS non-epic holy paladin gloves, the only other ilvl 346 piece being 消泯之光手甲. They're a good option if you already have more JP than you know what to do with, but most players just might want to save their points, and instead run dungeons wearing a 大地之环战袍 so they can buy 世界保护者手铠. Whether you'd prefer these over the pre-raid epic is debatable; at the least, this piece does not at this point require reforging, based on current Holy pally mechanics.
