Judging from the stat allocation, this axe seems like it'd be the weapon of choice for Retpallys and Unholy DKs gearing up in heroics for the entry-level Cata raid(s).

This is the best weapon you can get from heroic dungeons for Orc Unholy DK. Better than Foe Reaper because Orcs get 3 expertise from the racial, Axe Specialization. That 3 expertise is equal to 99 expertise rating.

The only non-raid weapon that's better is Zin'Rokh, Destroyer of Worlds

Not only UH dks but frosties with 2h spec will also pref this as well, haste is their prime stat. Its also top hc wep for retardins, tho i would hardly recommend all melees to push on the archaeology, nothing is even close to 辛洛斯，诸界的毁灭者 and as the only 2h that beats it is not rly obtainable now by common guilds (重铸的阿什坎迪，兄弟会之剑), still not that big difference :P

Edit: added UH dks and checked for Ashkandi-ZinRokh stats, thought they were the same =)

Been farming this for about 4 weeks, doing throne everyday. After about 25-30 runs it dropped for the first time and a hunter needed it... GG huntards. Regardless, I have ^&*!ty luck or this has the %^&*tiest drop rate ever.

maybe at patch 4.3.3 droprate is higher? Or me lucky?

My very first 346 weap, got it when Cata was just out, I remember struggling through Throne of the Tides with an LFD group, and being so happy when this dropped... I still absolutely love the model, even if it doesn't really seem to match anything, lol.
