This is the BiS item for blood DK's. It actually outperforms the Faceplate of Thunderous Rampage slightly AND really adds up a nice chunk to the hit cap consideration.

I know crit rate from the Faceplate is also massive but compared head on, the Frostforged Helm is just better DPS

This helm looks just awesome on tauren DK, especially, if his horns are pointing up. Dual horning tauren DK. Headbutt will hurt
