The exp bonus from the chest does stack with the exp bonus from the shoulders:

"One thing I can tell you is that chest piece heirlooms will be available in the next content patch. They will provide a 10% experience bonus that stacks with the shoulder bonus." - Zarhym

One of the 6 new Bind on Account chest pieces being added in patch 3.2.0

The 10% exp from these all (supposedly) stack with the BoA shoulders. A blue did post this in the forums, but hey, we're talking about Blizzard. You can't trust everything they say.

Blizzard actually wants to encourage players to level up their characters, NOT twink them...
49% of all the players that play right now have a twink.
Blizzard wants those twinks to go level 80, as they get at least 1 ticket every day saying:
"Oh my god! Warsong gultch has hackers! They have 1.400HP!"
Since those started, Blizzard wanted to cut off twinks...

This is so wrong. If Blizzard was trying to get rid of twinking altogether, do you really think they'd add the ability to pay 10g to halt experience gains altogether? If they were trying to stop twinking they'd just be better off not adding that and like the other thing they're adding, allow experience gains withing bg's. This means that they're in fact supporting twinking and at the same time they're trying to allow people a much more different approach to grinding.

They should add set bonuses. They have two sets of "Valor" gear right now that as for warriors in pre bc in the future when they come out with more there should be set bonuses.

Currently the best enchants for Heirloom chest-pieces are:

Enchant Chest - Greater Stats (40 HP, 65 Mana. Works at all levels)

Enchant Chest - Major Health ~~(Does not give its benefit until level 30 according to the comments)~~ Now works properly.

Enchant Chest - Major Mana ~~(May or may not give its benefit before level 30, need to test)~~ Now works properly.

Do u need to have the Crusader title to buy this with EoH? I cant see it (or any of the BoA chests) on the EoH vendor in Dala and I dont have Crusader yet.

I understand what did he ment. There are lot of retards rating comments.
He actually wanted to tell, than not everyone have a level 80 character which can do heroics and buy those heirlooms.
Imho, im going little angry from that it stacks with shoulders... in a while they will make head heirlooms items and in a month, we could get +80% EXP and really, almost instant lvl 80. I'm not jealous i have not 80 character, but there is much more people who dont have 80 too, so its not balanced, while we not heirloomers got 9000EXP from quest you get 10800EXP, and thats imo very visible difference.

Some people out there got more than one char and sometimes doing all those quests over and over again is a pain in the ass.

Again, its pain in the ass, but you think that for us - who haven't 80 chars - its easy to level?

Also downrating this means, you AGAIN didn't understood what am i talking about.

My main is a mage, but can't seem to be able to buy these for a new plate wearer that I want to roll. Is that a bug or it's just unfair that plate wearers can buy heirloom cloth pieces but clothies can't buy heirlom plate pieces? I guess the same goes for the weapons as well.

This item made me realize just how long it takes to downgrade 40 Triumph all the way to Heroism.....never again, when I buy a heirloom weapon, I'm using Stone Keeper Shards....

This may seem like a strange question, but since the heirloom chest and shoulders both give extra exp, and at the lvl cap exp is changed into gold, will completing quests with an heirloom chest and/or shoulders equipped increase the amount of money you receive?

Edit: I finally had a chance to test this out, no, you do not receive extra gold from quests at 80 if you are wearing heirloom gear.

Okay quick question here,

It says that the XP on these BOA items "stack," correct?

So if I equip
Chest Piece
Head
Shoulders
Leggings
Also if you are in a guild that is over lvl 10, you get 15% XP on all quests and monsters

So all this equiped I should be gaining 55% XP on all quests and monsters killed, correct?
Or did blizz do something to avoid someone working their ass of for an accomplishment like this?

I've noticed that the shoulders and chest do not add XP gains after 80. I equipped my plate chest and shoulders and the XP for the quests in the quest log did not change (after reloading the UI). I then equipped the cape I bought from the guild rewards, then reloaded the UI, and 5% XP was added.

So, just to let everyone know (and maybe double check it) the XP bonuses don't count, so you're hurting yourself if you're leveling past 80 with old gear.

BOA Gear:
I have talked to a GM and found out the following from them...

Can not be transferred to ther Servers even though it is Binds to Battle.net Account
You can transfer it between the opposing, as long as it is the same Server
If you have multiple WOW accounts you can transfer them to another one of you Characters as long as it is the same Server

I wish since it was BOA you could move you BOA gear to another Server, the only was to do so is to have it on your Character and transfer them ($25.00 US) to the Server that you desire to have them on.

About Paladin. Does strength + Stamina better or Agility + Stamina better. Because this Plate gave strength instead of Agility.
