notice how this has 74 spellpower AND a socket, allowing over 90 spellpower, a combination and trait which otherwise only ilvl 239 (heroic ulduar hardmode) neck items have.
everything else on ilvl 226 has either 74/75 spellpower OR a socket and less spellpower.
