Purchased with 28 Emblem of Conquest, now available from heroics and early to mid level raids in patch 3.2.

This belt is an excellent and easily obtainable choice for warlocks. The +60 spirit translates into an extra +20 spellpower with Fel Armor up for a total of +120 spellpower from a belt.

The addition of an Eternal Belt Buckle means you can also add any gem you want to this for a bit of versatility. I recommend a Runed Cardinal Ruby if near +hit cap, or the Veiled Ametrine if not.

Seems to be the "poor man's" Cord of the White Dawn.

Even in the extreme example that for some bizarre reason you wanted EVERY stat on this item, you could put a Runed Cardinal Ruby and Sparkling Majestic Zircon in the Cord's 2 sockets and come out with an item with:

2 more Intellect
8 more Spirit
8 more Crit Rating
4 more Spell Power

Not that anyone would actually do that (more likely the runed cardinal and an applicable ametrine or 2 runed) but it highlights that if you can afford/have access to the Cord, the Sash is completely obsolete.
