Unless the stats are wrong, the stat jump between https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=45929(ilvl226) and this item(ilvl239) is FAR greater than Sif's Remembrance(ilvl226) and https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=37835(ilvl200), despite having a smaller ilvl jump (13 versus 26).

Assuming this trinket has a 45 sec CD, it has an uptime of 33.33% and provides a passive 64.33 MP5 (these numbers are a rough estimate, it depends on how quickly the ability is procced after the CD is up).

This is not how statistics works, and it throws your math off, badly.

I like this better than the SP per cast because when casting many heals, your getting mucho mana. In other words, the mana is there when you need it. And the SP is there for every cast, not just the 5th or 8th cast. Can't wait to get this trinket.
