This is the BiS MP5 Resto Shaman neck. This is the BiS non MP5 neck.

The best Resto Shamans collect 2 sets of healing gear. Typically a few offset pieces they can swap out, Since you will want to have the 4pc T 8.5 bonus for both.

Some encounters mana wont be an issue and for those you will want to maximize your output(SP,Haste,Crit). Other encounters mana will be an issue and you will likely need a fair amount of MP5.
