A really, really hot wand, that is BiS for all casters, needing to hit cap or not (due to the socket) and good spread of stats.

for my warlock this is still BiS / equal best imo

+15sp +0.08% hit -0.08% crit compared to Brimstone Igniter (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=47658)

+25.7sp +1.11% hit, -0.74% crit -0.73% haste compared to Scepter of Imprisoned Souls heroic version (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=47995)

This is idd an amazing wand. The drop rate is kinda sad, but when you get it, it feels great :> then you can smile and wave at the others with their Brimstone Igniter ^^

I use it for my Affliction warlock which has no problems with hit what so ever (actually I'm trying to lower my hit which is 627, and just stupid), and eventhough I have already cleared Trial of the Grand Crusader (10 and 25man) I haven't come across a better wand than this. The socket is really, really nice.

Sure, it brings your gearscore down, but I say f*ck gearscore; skill > gear !
