Why is every plate DPS piece stacked with such atrocious amounts of Stamina? If you compare Plate with Leather you'll find that the latter generally has much better itemazation in terms of pure DPS stats.

In fact there is no difference in the way Stamina is allocated between Tanking and Damage Dealing items.
