This dropped for our group in heroic Ulduar from flame leviathan on easy mode. This is a good healer or even dps belt. I got the belt as a shadow priest, mainly because no healers wanted it for some reason. It is an upgrade from Girdle of Bane for me, because I was able to make up the hit some place else with some new items.

This belt is pretty heavy on the top end (stats), but as far as sp and other bottom end stats it won't be much of an upgrade for most Naxx geared players.

I have found out, that this belt has the exact same texture as the priest tier 8 robe. I have also posted a screenshot of that.

As an over hitcapped Affliction warlock I was very happy to get my mitts on this when we downed Flame Leviathan last week

Very nice upgrade from Girdle of Bane that I was using from HC UP.
