All I can say is it's about freaking time....walking around with a blue Totem of the Bay in my relic slot doesn't feel very pimp.

This looks like a totem that I am going to spend all my DKP on as soon as it drops. Finally I can ditch my Totem of the Bay.

Got it last night from Flame Leviathan. Got it for no dkp! But I just equipped It and started casting chain heals on myself with riptide up and I crit for 12k. This totem makes a HUGE difference. But we will see if there are shared drops like in naxxramas so if not on flame leviathan maybe someone else. (:

This indeed dropp from Flame Leviathan 25man. Got this first run+ Steamworker's Goggles(https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=45118)
/flex. this totem is as far as I can see, the best in slot for raid healing shamans, at the moment. But what do I know. maybe there is something better on hard mode bosses. I would just say to every Rshamans this is indeed worth the GP/dkp.

ok so here's the (true) story

about 2-3 weeks ago my guild ran Flame leviathan on heroic we 2 shotted him (lol) and he dropped this. Then today (Monday night so it resets tomorrow) i ran it with another guild +puggers and we tried 1 tower up failed so just did base. then we killed him. he dropped this. AGAIN. so of course according to the laws of VoA-dynamics i was the only shammy in the group so the main guild running it took it to DE. what makes me mad about this is that i have only 2 blues left in my equipment. 1 being my head slot one being my sapphire owl thingy. Why couldn't the wrath of blizzzard be nice and just give me my 226 EPIC headpiece?
