Very useful PvP glyph, as Shiv is one of the most important moves a rogue has in PvP. This will make Shiv cost only 30 energy if you have a PvP Off-Hand (like Hateful Gladiator's Quickblade)

Sadly, it's also pretty powerful in PvE used in conjunction with Instant Poison. Due to the new scaling poisons, Combat Potency and fast offhands spamming Shiv actually puts out absurdly good DPS (above regular Sinister Strike builds). Hopefully something will be done to rectify this since it's completely and utterly retarded.

In patch 3.1, this glyph seem to be removed.

Instead there are a few new glyphs and most likely "Glyph of Mutilate" is going to replace Glyph of Vigor

Glyph of Mutilate -- Reduces the cost of Mutilate by 5 energy.

Overall this is an upgrade, as i use mutilate twice after opening with Cheap shot.
And fir longer fights this new Glyph will be far better, also for PvE rogues.

For Arena i will be using Glyph of Evasion, Preparation and ~~Vigor~~ Mutilate

The level 70 requirement is a bit harsh, and I must admit I was very, very disappointed when I noticed it finally on my baby rogue.

But, I can see this glyph being amazingly useful.

The new Cat spell basically reduces cooldown time by 2 seconds (because who would use kick when no one's casting?). An OK glyph, but there are definately better choices.

Worthless for PVE unless you have a system set up for who interrupts when. With how many interrupts were handed to other classes, you'll find yourself half a second too late most of the time and eating the penalty because someone else interrupted first.

I added this glyph before realizing how many other classes have interrupts now. I removed it. Don't be as stupid as I was; it will hurt you much more than help you.

So lemme get this straight.

Normally, Kick is on a 10 second cooldown
Glyphed, this becomes 10+4 = 14 seconds
After a successful interrupt, 14-6 = 8 seconds

2 seconds... laughable.

I love this glyph for my Rogue. I have a good sense of when someone is fake casting and good latency.

8s Kick with 5s lockout means that casters only get 3s of casting time. That's pretty huge. Makes it a lot easier to keep pressure up.

We can solo interrupt Blazing Talon Initiate's Fieroblast using this glyph in the Alysrazor encounter.
