Kind of dumb that the best PVE libram is from arena. Hopefully they do something to reconcile this.

Actually ret paladins are extremely viable in all brackets currently, especially 2s with a resto druid, priest or shaman. Of course the majority of raiders don't participate in arenas to any serious degree, so getting this libram would be difficult, at least without a lot of learning and practice, as well as a load of honor grinding for PvP gears.

Unless it does infact stae 'This abiltiy may stack', then it is safe to assume it will simply refresh.

Just bought this and the cost was 12,000 honor points. No Alterac Valley Marks of Honor were needed. Which made me feel like a dunce for spending the past few hours queuing and slugging through a few rounds of AV to get the marks Wowhead said were needed.
