This Sigil is much worse than Sigil of Awareness or Sigil of the Vengeful Heart.

Most (Unholy) PvP specs will be utilizing Plague Strike on a single target once every ~20 seconds if they don't have the Glyph of Scourge Strike (or have unlucky RNG with said glyph), thus making this Sigil only grant 72 AP. Both of the other Sigils listed give a much larger damage increase, even if you were throwing Plague Strike every 10 seconds just to keep up the 144 AP buff.

An item like this makes you wonder why they would even put it in game. After working for the state, I'll hazard a guess there was a list, and so a sigil must be made, even if it's garbage, it's checked off the list.

I'd like someone from elitistjerks to do the math and tell us exactly how much of a piece of crap this really is, and what it's equivalent item level is.
