Currently the higher iLvl PvE cloth-caster waist piece, and a very nice waist at that.

However, I suggest looking at Cincture of Polarity as it is arguably superior due to hit rating.

Another 18.7 spell power if demon spec'd warlock because of the spirit contribution. Can always throw in a buckle with a hit gem if you need it, but yeah very nice belt. If you can use the spirit don't hesitate to bid on this one

This is the Best in Slot belt for Holy Priests and a solid belt for all casters, if not BiS. There are, however, other belts available with more robust regen stats--but if one's gear is properly balanced, the relative regen weakness of this belt is easily offset.

In terms of healing output/throughput, there isn't an equivalent for this piece.

I dont want to burst the bubble of the "OMG, a <Insert Class Here> item" but... actually in stat terms, this is possibly the best caster belt for anyone who can make use of spirit (say locks, mages, priests and druids... If im forgetting someone, say it).

I raid with a moonkin, and will pick this belt, as it is a very direct stat upgrade of Shackled Cinch.

We really don't need everyone to say it for each class, this belt is definitively the best in slot for all but a small handful of caster specs in-game atm (Elem sham comes to mind as the only one not). Everyone else, it's fair game. Add that to the holy/disc priests undoubtedly going for it and your resto druids too if they're aiming for direct heal throughput and good luck getting it :P

Even with Ulduar loot, this is still one of the best belts for a resto druid. I have this, as well as these:

Yes, it lacks a bit of spirit, but the heavy haste and spell power cannot be ignored. The BOE craftable belts are better, but only marginally and not really worth paying all the gold for them if you have any of these.
