The best healadin ring in T7 content. Not only does it not have any wasted stats on mp5 (as most of our other ring candidates do), but it's item lv 226 - so not only are we getting the stats we actually need (SP, crit and haste), but we're getting more of them too.

There will be fierce competition for this baby from many casters, let me assure you.

Agreeing with Distance. This is the best caster ring in the game even if you are not hit capped (according to shadowpriest.com pseudo-damage numbers). First one that dropped went to a Holy Paladin in my guild so I see any non-melee being fiercely competitive for this ring.

Just got it as a Restoration Shaman to replace my Blessed Band of Karabor. I only do 25-man instances, no heroics if I can help it, so I'll never need the MP5 anyway. Great ring, especially since we benefit a lot more from spell critical hits through our talents.

As Jaxon said none of the stats are wasted here for pallys well elemental shaman itemize the same way very nice ring
