This is currently one of the best tanking rings in the game, if not the best. The iLvL is the highest available for a ring.

As for tanking stats, it has amazing mitigation and stamina, proving extremely useful in fights where you need to survive the most, such as offtanking Patchwerk

This and the Signet of the Impregnable Fortress are currently the 2 best rings for Protection Warriors in the game.
