Hit and Expertise aside, these 2 rings in each of your slots: Ruthlessness and Surge Needle Ring offer the best raw power atm according to Elitistsjerks and Maxdps.com for a Retribution Paladin, Warrior and Death Knight.

Edit: Now that Ulduar has been launched, new strength-based rings have been introduced so this combi is somewhat obsolete, still they are a lethal combo if you get the hands on them anyway.
They will certainly give you that little extra someting in Ulduar before you obtain the new strength rings:
Power Enhancing Loop - Ulduar normal from XT-002 Deconstructor
Crazed Construct Ring - Ulduar heroic from XT-002 Deconstructor
Bladebearer's Signet Ulduar heroic from trash
Sif's Promise - Ulduar heroic from Thorim

Actually, Feral Druids gain more ATP from each point of str than any other class.

Clearly Feral priority imo.

after the patch (3.1) ruthless and circle will be the best combo for warrs to start ulduar whit due to the imp berserkerstance change. (str insteadof ap increase)

as an unholy dk i preferred https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40075 over this ring, for it's strenght and coz https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40074, pretty useless for me.
