Best in slot item for holy priests. compared to accursed spine you lose 43 crit gain 32 haste gain 1 spell power but the real winner here is u gain 11 spirit from this. And in my opinion it looks a lot cooler.

While it is good for spriests and locks there is much better. I am pretty sure if not hit capped the ward of the violet citadel is better. This really is a healing item so not saying its bad for locks and spriests but its not best in slot while it is best in slot for holy priests. Also its best in slot for resto druids as well.

Wowheads weighting isnt really right for damage dealers. maxdps is msuch better there is an obviously better off hand. It is surplus hand from patchwerk i believe. its like 10 more dps

this is great for a lock, but.... surplus limb much better :) True, this is better for a healer. seems like spirit+hit+spell = lock

Nobody here has mentioned druids, just thought I'd throw it in. As a resto druid, the spirit and haste on this thing is great.

This is also the best "Held In Off-Hand" item for Restoration Druids. The stats are just perfect!

probably 2nd best in slot for destro locks, due to accursed spine having crit instead of haste, but i would still take it over badge oh anyday

I think of him as my friend i found :D raised him as an orphan.. decided not to tell him how his pairents died.. anyway, hes a cute awesome fanged little guy >:3 hes eating a crystal! :O ... hes gone through 3 abyss crystals since ive got him a few days ago...
