I took a level 80 premade druid through Zul'Drak to scope herb spawns and collect skill info. He had Apprentice Herbalism to track herbs but could not harvest them. Talandra's Rose requires 385 skill to pick, because that's the number I got in the error message when I tried to pick it.

Found in south western Zul'Drak, in the non-snow/ice area. You'll find them next to trees and walls, and sometimes in the water, but never out in the wide open (except for in the water).

For those of you who havn't noticed allready farming these are a great way to get Frost Lotus aswell. Frost Lotus have a slightly higer drop chanse from Talandra's Rose then from other herbs in WotLK

Zul'drak, is without a doubt, the best place to farm this herb.

Zul'Drak by far the best place to farm these, in one from west to east; north and south sweep I obtained 77 of them about 45 minutes, also got a load of goldclover and 6 frost lotus

These herbs are an easy way to make money since most people do not gather them and prices are often 50G+ for a stack.

Got a stack in about less than 15 minutes in Zul'Drak, on a 150% flying mount. Not bad!

I've leveled more alchemists 1-525 in cata than I care to admit. Talandra's Rose has a chance to come out of , which I found handy when farming up what I need for leveling. I find that going to Wintergrasp and farming those frozen herb nodes easily gets me enough Talandra's Rose (20, if you go by profession guides such @#$%^&*!@#$%^&*!@#$) while also getting me all the wrath herbs in one zone. Anything that I need a particular lot of (I'm looking at you, Goldclover), I just hop next door to Sholazar Basin and finish up.

Save yourself some time, the only reason anybody herbs this anymore is to level alchemy and you need so few may as well skip the trip all the way out to Zul'Drak.

This herb can be gathered from instances in the Dragonblight and elsewhere, from the corpses of Ancients, and also from Frozen Herbs from Dragonblight.

If you are not a high-enough level to run the instances, the best chance to obtain this herb is from Frozen Herbs in the Dragonblight. According to Allakhazam, Talandra's Rose is gathered about 20% of the time from Frozen Herbs.
