For anyone who got confused on what needs to be done you need to kill the 63 elite (Gorax) and mark him with a banner. You will then get attacked by Kargath 63 elite with about two to three other men. There health is about 23000 so be prepared.

I think its important to mention here that he is a pretty tough fight for a 64 mage.

I killed him that is fine but when I planted the flag in his arse a small force came to avenge him... including... HIM! So while I did not need two people be advised if you spend all your stuff killing him and blow your refreshers and get out of jail cards to kill him once you may want to bring a friend.

I BARELY did it alone. He is quite resistant to freezing / lock down stuff. He charges in on you and can take quite a bit of punishment. If I have 8200 mana and I unload on him, pop my cold snap use my ice barrier about 4 times and an evocation in a fight all the while my pet beats on him hes fairly tough but not impossible.

I hope one day I'm so bad ass I can avenge my own death.

Don't know if this has gotten easier or not, but I just solo'd as a 61 rogue. Actually pretty easy.
