Got this one on our Archimonde 2nd Kill. It's the best healing off-hand ingame and looks great.

This item has the best balance of +healing and stats on an offhand in the game at this time. I'm using this on my druid at the moment, and while it is quite excellent, I think that I would sacrifice the Spirit and 13 healing to use the Touch of Inspiration. The regen contribution from the spirit on this offhand is very nice, especially if you get to lollygag around out of 5sr, but I would rather use the Touch for those long chain-casting fights that we simply cannot avoid.

The contribution of this item's Spirit is rather weak while under normal, in-combat talented 15% regen. I could possibly see myself switching to this item perhaps mid-fight for downtime regen, for an overall higher mpm perhaps, but in the long run I think that even a druid would see a much higher overall mana regen contribution using Touch of Inspiration. If I want to depend on spirit for regen, I just switch to an Ethereum Life-Staff with a spirit enchant. And don't even talk about Tree of Life aura.

New as of patch 2.3 with the Priest bonus to spirit making 1.6 spirit = 1mp5 this actually has 15mp5 Making this item a full time Item for use.

best off hand for druids in the game. https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=34206 might be a viable sidegrade though if you are stacking spell haste for healing intensive fights.

I actually received this through the postmaster. I fought Archimonde in a group but died and released my spirit before he was defeated. Later, I checked my mailbox and this came in the mail, along with the achievement for beating the bosses of that raid.

Priests need +spirit..
Staves are wack, priest use mostly Dagger/Mace + Offhand. And this is the best priest offhand there is atm.
