This is the best raw-damage off-hand obtainable in game for frost mages so far (may 16th, 2007) there is no other off-hands that beats the 51 spelldamage on this item yet.

definatly worth for 25 badges if you are concentrating on pve as a frost mage.

This used to be only Frost Spellpower back when Spellpower was divided by type. When healing and damage dealing spellpower were merged this was changed to straight spellpower as well.

Here is a nice looking transmogrification set that may fit well with this off-hand item, give or take =)

Head: 玛洛恩头冠(Druid)
Shoulder: 茁壮护肩
Chest: 壮丽外衣
Waist: 茁壮腰带
Hands: 茁壮护手
Legs: 壮丽短裤(possibly)
Feet: 茁壮战靴

I was unable to locate anything else, or think of anything else that may fit to this set. If you want me to add to this set, please upvote or downvote this post and I will come check to see what has been posted. Keep in mind that these pieces are all leather. This list needs some Head and Back slot ideas.

He's saying overall...it'd be a better first choice. Anyways, I'm a frost mage and i have this, but I don't use it during raids. I take a pretty decent hit in stats with this, so I swtich to an offhand with stats.
