Matches the Aldor Regalia (Mage T4 - https://www.wowhead.com/cata/itemset=648) set perfectly. I wear mine around for looks, as it really pulls the set together :P

Moroes has a habit of dropping this belt for our guild, and it becomes void crystals very quickly. None of our casters want this, because they're using the far superior crafted belts, or something similar.

As a Shadow Priest, I prefer the PvP S3 Vindicator's Dreadweave Belt (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=33882), even for PvE

+27 Stam (Useful for PvE)
+4 Int
+6 Spell Damage
+31 Resilience (Negligible for PvE)
-22 Spirit

This item can be used for both Tempest Regalia and Aldor's Regalia transmog set, it drops from Moroes in Karazhan.

Eh. The serpentis sash is worse. A LOT worse, for pretty much all classes, unless you're a heavy afflict lock. Although, it is a lot easier to get that then this fine sash.

I'm an ice Mage and I'm looking at this fine piece of armor as possibly dropping on our tomorrow's guild run of Kara. I think its a fine drop for a Warlock or Mage if it were to drop.

I haven't done the maths but I would imagine that Girdle of Ruination does have the edge over that... That said the Girdle of Ruination needs a primal nether, a whole bunch of primal fire and 10 pieces of shadow cloth, oh and lets not forget that you need the pattern, a world drop or a chunk of cash on the AH, a few days of boring farming.

This dropped for me last night and I found that once I had it equipped I wasn't running out of mana as fast on boss fights and it improved my dps over a previous blue belt I got from the araca key quest chain.

I will be sticking with this belt and I'm in no hurry to get the Ruination belt now... Oh and I'm an affliction warlock.

I think its made for Spriests n AffLocks,
eventhough, it has the looks of the MageTier 'Aldor' (tier4)
