The Alliance equivalent is Medallion of the Valiant Guardian(https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=25803) from the Alliance's equivalent of this quest. Exact same stats, just differing in name and icon.

In my opinion Mark of the Ravenguard (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=29336) is far better for tanking. It's also easier to obtain than this one.
